A phased office campus envisioned as a long-term institutional environment for work, collaboration and growth.
Conceived across multiple development phases, the project explores the relationship between climate, scale and material continuity through a restrained palette of exposed brick, shaded glazing and landscaped courts.
The architecture relies on repetition, rhythm and proportion rather than spectacle — allowing light, shadow and depth to define the identity of the campus over time.
Currently under development, the first phase spans approximately 125,000 sq.ft., forming the foundation of a larger 650,000 sq.ft. campus vision.
