KR Arcade
Ghitorni, New Delhi
A mixed-use retail building conceived as a vertically layered urban frontage within the evolving commercial fabric of Ghitorni, New Delhi.
The project explores depth, screening and transparency through a restrained palette of textured surfaces, dark metal framing and large glazed volumes.
Rather than relying on signage-driven identity, the architecture uses proportion, shadow and layered facades to establish a strong visual presence along the street edge.
Currently under development, the project spans approximately 60,000 sq.ft. across four floors with basement parking.
