THE FRAME
Gurugram, Haryana
Designed for a prominent corner site within Udyog Vihar, The Frame explores how a speculative workplace can establish a clear architectural identity while remaining adaptable to future occupants.
The project is organised around a series of layered volumes that frame large glazed workspaces, creating a strong visual presence without relying on overt formal gestures. Deep projections, recessed terraces and vertical screening elements provide solar protection while contributing to the building’s distinct character.
A restrained palette of stone, metal and timber-finished surfaces is used to create depth, shadow and texture across the facade. The architecture balances openness with environmental responsiveness, allowing daylight to penetrate deep into the floor plates while moderating heat gain.
Conceived as a flexible workplace for multiple tenancy possibilities, the building combines efficient planning, adaptable interiors and a memorable street presence within a compact urban footprint.
